It's just amazing. Bryan read this post & said, "I can't believe you didn't have more to say." Well, of course, I DO....but I just want to savor this moment. It's just.too.good.
It seems to me that Rumsfeld is just Bush's sacrificial lamb. I heard bush say something last night about Rumsfeld having stuck with tactics and strategy in Iraq that weren't working. It's hilarious that up until the resignation Bush wouldn't really acknowledge that things in Iraq are messed up, but now he admits it and puts it all on Rumsfeld. Well, I say good job Donny. You have fallen on your sword perfectly, a good little republican.
I found this on the bbcnews.com website As Oscar Wilde might have put it: "To lose one House may be regarded as a misfortune. To lose both looks like carelessness."
A wife, a mother, a friend. A lover of music, beautiful things, simple things, weighty things, a thinker, a wanderer, a student, and a fiesty fireball.
A woman who is all of those things and more. A woman who is trying to matter, and who is trying to leave little more than her footprints behind and a legacy of hope, goodness, and sass behind her in her wake and in the hearts of her two kids.
This is just the beginning.
Are you ready for the rest of the ride?

Now if we can have the Senate too, I'll be thrilled.
I like the saying "Don't let the door hit you where the good lord split you" which seems fitting right now.
There's the door, buh-bye Donny.

Now if Allen loses in Virginia this will be a better world.
